The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our family feel right at home. We loved the impressive indoor pool and hot tub, which were great for our kids. The breakfast that included a variety of options was a hit with everyone, especially the make-your-own waffles!

The location felt safe and secure, making my stay comforting. The room had a spacious layout with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV. I particularly appreciated the breakfast variety—enjoyed the eggs and the salsa verda with the quiche. However, encountered some cleanliness issues. there was trash left in the window, and hair in the shower. Housekeeping did take back the extra pillows I requested, which was disappointing, especially after a long day. The breakfast could benefit from more options. It’s great that it's complimentary, but additional choices would enhance the experience.

Inadequate noise insulation from outside and neighboring rooms!!! Slow elevator service, often creating delays during busy check-ins!!! Anticipated hot tub to be an adult-exclusive area, not a children's playground!!!

The hotel is conveniently located near the AT&T Stadium, making it perfect for our family trip with the kids. The cleanliness was impressive, and I particularly loved the standing shower, which felt refreshing after a long day.
